Bard's R (possible bug not sure if intended)

Hey guys, So at the moment if you bard ult a inner tower of a lane that still has its outer tower undestroyed, the tower will not go golden and the ult does nothing. Not sure if this is intended for instance if can turn these towers off (need to check) and if Baron and Dragon are affected, surely adding in all towers wouldn't be an issue - after all fights at these points are fairly rare as the outer tower is still up but it would just be useful. hmmmm. it sounds interesting, but coming from a logical standpoint, it's like saying trying to bard ult the inhibs/nexus when towers are up. if the towers are up, it's an untargetable animation per se. So maybe if the teir 2 is up, the teir 1 has that similar property where it's just an untargetable still image. (just a thought)

yeah its for sure intended. i just went into practice tool, and you cannot hit the inner turret, inhibitor turrets or the nexus turrets if you did not destroy the outer turret. THEREFORE, since it is a still image, it is not targetable by any means, which means you cant bard ult it
