Master Yi and his role

I'd like to share a story about a game I played last night that I feel might give some insight into how master yi works as a champion in the current metagame.

I was playing a normal 5v5 pvp blind pick game. everyone was trying to win, no one was trolling, etc. Except, I was fucking tripping nuts. I had to leave during the load screen but I came back 9 minutes into the game and explained to my team what was going on and "plz no report". I instantly ran into the jungle and starting farming.

In my altered state, i had no concept of dragon control, ult cool downs on enemy champions... vision... etc... All were lost.

I would just run around and mash the combo of REQ and right clicking. I routinely started to get quadra and triple kills. What amazed me was that at some points, I would spawn, run around like a crazy Yi, then get pulled out of position and insta-fucked by the entire enemy team. Everyone on both teams seemed to be playing to some kind of strategic order. Our bard sup was making amazing plays the entire time, but all of that higher level of gaming was lost. I just ran around looking for people to right click and I butchered them all without even having to try.

Despite being 10 minutes late to the game, tripping nuts off on acid, I was able to right click the enemy nexus to 0 with master yi.
