Ranked Que dodges

Some of us like to take ranked very seriously, whether or not it is "just a game" I myself take it way more seriously than if im having fun in normals. The biggest issue I have been comming across since the past couple seasons is the amount of trolls that appear in ranked matches. Had an instance a couple days ago where A player decided to go kogmaw jungle, and his words were.. OH WIAT WHER IAM IS MY DUO???? then mid went leona my support picked udyr... i was only solo/duo que and i had JUST lost my series the game prior. I had no choice 2 seconds left before match start, nobody dodged and I thought it more wise to take the -3LP dodge and have a 5 min que timer than to take the -20 LP loss and potentially submit to toxic chat behavior.

I would like to see some support from the community on implementing some sort of Allowance for players who have no history of frequent dodging. Players like me, who don't want to take a -20 LP loss and get tilted because of trolls. We should be allowed to have 3 Free dodges every month. Starting the 1st of every month and ending on the last day of each month. Free dodges do not carry over. If i were in a series and was either take the loss and get tilted OR use one of my free 3 dodges, and still have a chance in the next game to earn my promotion. The 3 free dodges should excuse you from losing ur series, no loss in LP and no dodge timer. It is not fair to players who are trying to climb the ranks and gets shafted back out of series' because of trolls.
