my account was hacked recently I recovered it but my settings were changed I managed to change all but 1 I don't know what the hacker messed up but every time I select 4 to ward it goes into this target select mode and even tho I left click of right click it never ward plss help
You should submit a Support Ticket to Riot.
Also, I highly recommend changing your password for your account and cleaning your computer in case there may be any malicious programs.
As for your problem, did you try resetting everything to default? There should be an option to do that in the settings. Best to open a custom game and try restoring the default settings.
You can also post this in the "Help & Support" board for better feedback since this is a technical issue and not a gameplay discussion.
