So... About the patch for Worlds

So I have three questions for any Rioter who can offer some Insight.

First question. Do any of the Rioters involved in the balance aspects of the game watch 'Summoning Insight'? I feel like there are some very very good points of concern raised in the latest episode, which I will link to for anybody interested. I will set the link to the part in the video which is relevant to this post, but I would highly recommend watching from the beginning.

Now the reason I ask about that is because they talk about the changes that are going to be made just prior to Worlds (Provided the three of them are correct).

Second question. If they are correct that the patch before/for worlds will be 5.16 with the Morde changes and everything, what was the decision making process that wound up leading to 5.16 being the Worlds patch?

Third and final question. Based on the information in the 'Summoning Insight' episode that I will link, do you see this being a problem, or is it something you accounted for and there will be certain things like Morde disabled?
