Runes Making Application/Sites

Hi everyone ! First, i want to apology for my bad english right now because it's only my second langage and it's not good at all.

But I wanna discuss about an option that can be a real help and a big bonus for all LOL players. We all know to well that creating runes/masteries page is a lot of time and can be pretty boring. And with the fact that those pages are reset each seasons, Every player can past few hours to make them and some more to modify them after that.

So i was thinking : Hey why nobody have created an official site or an application directly link with league of legends server which can be use to create and/or modify our Runes/masteries pages ?

it can give the opportunity to players to instantly modify their runes/masteries page everywhere they are and can help to save a lot of play time.

Thanks for sharing and again, sorry for my poor english.

They had one of these that came out a few months before the rune update went live, and I'm pretty sure it's still working, but I don't think it has been updated. All they would have to do is link it to somewhere that is easier to find and update the runes on it (as well as update the UI to fit four runes in a row).
