Please nerf skarner. He is too OP and nobody can kill him. Oh and also nerf garen, darius, fiora, riven, etc. fix the game its unplayable when people pick these OP champs. Buff poppy (so underrated).. just do a huge buff and nerf patch plz

Here's a tip: Rework Poppy. Don't buff her. There is a reason she is nerfed into the ground currently.
