Should We Be Able To Honor Our Opponents.
We Can Honor TeamMates, but what if there was a opponent that showed great skill and just seemed to never f**k up. well what if you could honor him/her for been a worthy opponent?

Yep if my enemy played well, had a banter with or was helpfull i'd like to give my enemy a honor
So, I voted yes because I mostly would like the option.
But here's what I feel about the current honor system. The point of it isn't just to say "oh look they had the best score/did the most damage." Take a look at the options we have now: tilt-proof, good leader/shot caller, friendly/team player
None of these are about who had the most skill. It's about how the player behaved. And in a gaming community frought with toxicity, I think that's a good thing.
You can be the most fearsome warrior on the battle field... have a thousand kills to your name... but that doesn't mean you fight with honor. You could easily fight dirty. It just means you're a good fighter.
Riot wants us to really consider honorable behavior and reward our peers who display it.
Because of this, I really understand why Riot doesn't have an option to honor opponents. Unless the enemy is spamming all chat, we really don't get to see enough to know if they are displaying these honorable values of tilt-proof, leadership, or being a team player.
That said, sometimes there are games where you and your lane opponent just really have a great back and forth and you really admire/respect them after the battle has concluded. And for that reason I would love an option to honor the enemy. Perhaps it could be limited to 1 enemy honor per 10 games or something, so players aren't completely frivolous with it, or perhaps enemy honors go toward separate rewards or something, idk.
But the point is, I really do understand why we currently can't. And I'm pretty okay with it.
Ofcourse yes, there's been occassions where someone on the enemy team was a swell dude/dudette, while also playing like a baws, where I'd have liked to honor them, but sadly couldn't.
