Champion Mastery Rating Tracker
im looking for a site or tracker that can tell me how many S+,D's,A's, etc. that i have gotten in the past on certain champions. anyone know where i can find one?

I don't think third party sites have that kind of information, I recall Riot stating that such information is not available to third parties.
