Anyone else getting fustrated with the S and Token system?

Lately, the Token and S system has really been bugging me. Now, I don't always do fantastic with my champions but when I do, well, let me just tell you this. I recently played a game with Warwick. I went 15/3/15, did the most damage on both teams, got several quadra kills, and basically did amazing. After the game you know what I got? An A-. Maybe there's something I'm not understanding, but someone on my team went 6/7/4 and yet they got an S-? It's confusing me, making me frustrated, and I'm about to call it quits with League simply because of this daily frustration.

If there is some secret key points that will help me, tell me.

You're being compared to the rest of the Warwick players on your server. That's how it is, you're being compared to the standards set by the best players there. Instead of being frustrated, use it as an indicator to see where you're going wrong. Kill Participation, k/d ratio, objective taking, creep score, etc all take into effect of your total grade

It makes absolutely no sense for it to be your personal ranking for that champion and yet you're being compared to other players on the servers. If that's how it is, well, I'm done even trying to secure S's at this point.

Actually, it makes perfect sense. If there wasn't that comparison, you'd have people complaining forever about how they deserve this rank or that ranks because they did x y and z but they left out W so they're not going to get S/S+. Your personal grading per game is compared to the best players of that champion in the server for a reason. If you wanna be good, or even better than good, you need to take a lot of things into account.

Alright, so let's say the best WW players on my server, on average, get 25 kills, three deaths, tons of assists, farm, turrets destroyed, and all that extra in between. Riot expects me to live up to their standards or I'm not "good"? The only champions, currently, that I've managed to get Mastery Level 6 with and multiple S's is Teemo. But I don't do nearly as good with him as I do with other champions.

Well, take it from me. I'm a Varus main. I've been playing Varus for a solid year, and even though I knew how to play him well, I didn't get Mastery 7 with him instantly. So, to improve myself with him even further I got into contact with other, higher ranking Varus players. They give me tips and advice on how to improve with him, how to abuse my passive, my abilities, what items to use in X scenarios, and eventually thanks to their advice and learning from them as well as teaching myself a bit more on my own, I managed to crack into the S/S+ region to get my M7 with him. It's often a good idea to approach other Warwick users. The best place to go do that is the Warwick Mains Reddit. That's where I went for further advice in regards to Varus since there was a reddit for Varus Mains.

Fully aware that CS, turrets destroyed, and other things are factors as well.

You can get lvl 5 mastery by just playing a champion ALOT. The mastery 6/7 are there to make you try and be the best that you can be on a champion. It's much more than riot coming out with new masteries because 5 was easy. It creates an internal competitive system that extends further than a given league match.
