PSA Reverting Champion Nerfs After Nerfing Items.

Riot enjoys knee jerk nerfing champs before they figure out the issue is an item then not reverting the nerfs to the champ leaving the champ in a much weaker state then they should be . Please revert some of the nerfs to Seju and the other champs nerfed due to cinderhulk.
