Is it even possible to climb out of silver?

Okay so im not here to complain or downgrade others in this elo just some serious questions as well as me needing advice.

I can practically play any role i just find myself more comfortable in the jungle or even top.

Everytime were in champ select all i tell my team is "Farm up and ping when help is needed" They reply with a simple "Im a smurf we got this." Alright cool.

Ive noticed that once they say that things go south. Quick.

Said smurfs then proceeded to attempt to do what they do at higher elos im assuming which is 1v3, Flash into enemy team, Die, Blame everyone then everyones like "Oh cool the smurf does this so maybe i should do it to?"

Simple question is. Is it possible to climb out of silver when people do this? Like im really trying lol but when were up against a highly fed and stacked team?

I'm gonna be blunt here, but it's for the better.

If you're not climbing, it's your fault.

Pre-season I got placed gold 4, I climbed to plat 1 within 2 weeks, so here's a bit of advice to start climbing.

Work on improving yourself, go into every game expecting your team to be heavier than umpa lumpa, that way you don't go in with high expectations and come back disappointed, don't start flaming your team, because it's not worth it, accept the loss, take a short break, and get back into it.
Play 3-5 champions and master them, it's best to keep the champions you play very little, it doesn't matter who, but as long as you have very good knowledge with them, and you understand how to use them in certain situations, I'm a mid main, and mine are .
If your good, and you're doing good, take role. What I mean is if you're doing well(and you're the jungler, who has the biggest influence over the game, if you truly are good, climbing shouldn't be tough) start to kindly explain to your team what everyone should be doing, bot dying a lot? Play safe until you can gank, put a pink down so you can gank(although ganking a lane that's so fed, is generally a bad idea as there's a good chance you'll all die) someone getting caught? Tell everyone to buy a pink and ask the support to put wards down at a certain area? Can't win teamfights? Tell that fiora to go split or something. It's important to give your team direction, this is the biggest thing when it came to climbing for me, I've had some of the worst teams possible, but I did well in my games, my team listened, and we're able to win sometimes, sometimes not.
