All champs viable in LCS?

I know the video link is old but I feel the same way now. Sure it's not as bad as it seems. As far as balancing goes champs are definitely not equal. What i'm asking is, "Is it possible to make every champion in lol, LCS competitive?".

at this point no. there are too many champs.
