Helping teams that are behind

Hey everyone, i'd like to have your thoughts on some things i noticed this new season. I currently really, really dislike the bounties. I understand that it offers a way for the opponent to get back in the game, like the jungler exp differences and such, but i think they overdid it. I do not think its normal that every game feels like 1 mistake might lose the game.

Every time i'm REALLY far ahead with my team, we won all teamfights, everyone has a bounty of 1000G, 3 inhibs are down (actually happened), we lose 1 fight and it feels like all the hard work up until that point was for nothing. 1 mistake, 1 bad teamfight and the enemy team is all of a sudden just as strong as we are and are able to win teamfights or go even. I'm having this very often that i feel like getting fed and helping your team out doesnt really matter anymore. It all comes down to who wins the 5V5 teamfight and it's over.

I had this in both ways, i also had it when i was terribly behind, everyone actually fed (gold elo, series to plat), score of 5-26 and we win 1 teamfight and we win the game. I understand RIOT tries to make it more fair or something, but i honestly feel like all of your effort during the laning phase doesnt matter whatsoever. Do you guys feel the same way?
