To Riot: Rework items and cham stats to balance the game, not rework the cham kit

I m a diamond player and I played this game since s1. We love this game. Yet, we know most of the cham is not viable in competitive play. Riot traditionally tackle the issue by reworking the cham kit, which imo is wrong, it will just either makes cham lose their personality, or it create another OP/UP cham.

I think a better way the deal with the issue is to create much more items with the following rules:

  1. All champion should have "great build" when they are ahead: For an extreme example, an Ashe with 2 completed items slained by a Master Yi with 1 completed item is acceptable. However, if an Ashe have gold allows her to build 3 completed items, there must have a build which allow her to 1v1 and Yi with only 1 completed item.

  2. Reduce all champion basic stats, introduce more start-up items: I dont like the fact that currently some cham can be completely shut-down by its counters since laning phase. There must be some items (with bad stats) allow you to at least farm something against your counter.

  3. More utility items: there should be items provide good cc but only for champion with bad cc, and items provide dash for cham with poor escape mechanics. To make such items is easy - lets say you want an dash item viable only on Veigar/Heim rathe then Fizz/Zed, just make some "side-effect" on it like "when the champion used a skill (q/w/e/r) to dash, the item will be in cd for 90 seconds, and if the cham do it again, another 90 sec cd will be added".

With more utility items, cham with "bad kits" will have a chance to stand up, and the "side-effects" on those items avoid currently OP cham to be more OP.

  1. introduce "healing power stat": the problem to balance healing support is that healing currently scale with AP, which makes healing cham too OP (e.g. battleraka in s3) or too useless. I think healing should still scale with AP but in a less effective way, but meanwhile introduce items directly improve healing power. I am looking forward to see both taric and threash are viable support in S5.
