Why can Tryndamere ult when he's silenced/stunned/suppressed?

I think he should be allowed to use it while stunned, silenced, charmed, feared, or terrified, but NOT suppressed.

Suppress is the the ONLY form of CC which disables the use of Smite (which can otherwise be cast through stun, silence and all other forms of hard CC). I always like to compare Smite to Tryndamere's ultimate, and I think it's fine that it can be cast through "most" types of CC - otherwise Tryndamere would be far too easy to shut down - but I dislike the fact that it can be cast even through suppress (and thus ALL types of CC). As far as I know, there are only 3 abilities/champions with a suppress effect (unless I forgot about something). Those are Warwick's ultimate, Skarner's ultimate, and Malzahar's ultimate. Having 3 abilities/champions that can directly counter Tryndamere's ultimate, in a game which today has 134 champions with more than 536 unique abilites (remember some champion's have more than 4 abilities), would be more than acceptable in my objective and logic-driven opinion!

Kayle can ult others, there's a difference. She also has also aspects to her kit, such as healing, MS increase, High AP ratio Slows, and is ranged. Tryndamere is a squishy, melee ADC and has no aspects to his kit that actually give him tankiness aside from a high base health of 2200. He's got a gap closer, a slow, and a situational heal.

Also, Kayle's ult is relatively unpredictable. She can use it anytime she wants for it to be effective. Whether to save her from death or simply to block the Veigar ult/Ziggs ult, it all is effective. Tryndamere's ult is ONLY useful right before death. If trynd ults when he's full health, it's irrelevant. Therefore, you know that Trynd will only ult at low health so to easily counter him, just save a CC for when he has low health and it's a guaranteed kill. It would be unfair to Trynd. Now if they reworked his ult to somehow give him invulnerability or something rather than be a thin lifeline at 1 health, then I'd agree to let CC stop him. But while he has to be squishy and charge in melee and only use it at no health, it should go through CC.

His ultimate specifically allows it.

If it didn't, he would be so easily countered that he would be useless (unless he received massive buffs in other areas).

Because his ult is him getting so mad that nothing can kill him. I think we all know that, if there is any point in the game where you are capable of feeling so much anger that it defies the laws of nature, it's during hard cc.

It was a design concept when he was first created back in the old days. It was purposed to give the player a chance to survive when CC'd.

Unfair for a champ like malz vs trynd. Hard to win
