Dear riot why have you yet to fix my favorite champion (evelynn)

i liked her season 1 she was so diverse maybe not persay with the meta or with how half the time ppl didnt have oracles but she could wreck as ad or ap but the circle on her invisibility was overkill imo i mean u buy vision wards now adays anyhow u also removed the old ult im not too biased about that but the old kit was clearly more viable for the tank meta expecially.. i mean afterall rengar now gets bonus ad.. and what does evelynn get left in the dust..

Here is what I think will happen.

The team from Warwick is going onto Urgot.

Once Galio's rework is done, that team will move onto working on Eve.

That is my guess. I think they have said that they want to keep infinite stealth core to her kit and rework her model with her updated splash.

Actually, they said the opposite. Meddler said the permanent stealth consumes too much of her power budget to allow them to let her be a bursty assassin, which is what they would like her to become. He said last year that her infinite stealth has ruined her playstyle because she was originally conceived to be a burst assassin and her lore implied she is too, with her precision and speed, but due to the stealth, they cannot allow her to burst. He said he wanted to change this for Evelynn and get her back on track with her lore and her role playstyle. Also, I think her splash is going the way of Warwick's reworked splash. I'm having a hard time believing they'll keep her looking like Freddy Kreuger's wet dream.

Alright I did not know about that first part. That sucks though, as that was my favorite part about her was her massive stealth that was not on her ult.

However, they will be reworking her to fit her newer splash art. If you look, her clothing is completely different from the splash to the model. They want to make it the same. Warwick is different as he needed a splash update and he was not being worked on at that time. So they made him a new splash to hold it off until his model and kit was reworked to the point where he needed a new splash.

Evelynn's splash was updated about the same time as Warwick's. She's in the same boat as him - she needed a splash update desperately, so they made a new splash. Hers will obviously be around longer than Warwick's, but I highly doubt Riot was rework her to look like this splash.

It's like you want her to be ugly and full clothed.

She is going to look like her splash now, there is not much they can do and they want her to be a sort of seductress.

I don't want her to be ugly. But there is a ton they can do to convey seductress without resorting to teenage porn fantasies. Eve's current look is just too dated and cheesy to fit in the game. Mystique of the X-Men series is a prime example of the most likely inspiration of Evelynn. If you've seen her modern look with the skintight black pants and the tank top, that's a pretty great look that conveys femme fatale - that being said, it's not screaming seductress, but it's on it's way. There are plenty of examples of seductresses that dress classier. Catwoman, Bayonetta, and Enchantress from Thor are all great examples. Comic books aside, there are plenty of outfits that can convey seductress - such as tights, ethereal dresses, low cut tops, etc. There is so much out there that isn't 80's inspired dominatrix lingerie that would fit Evelynn and bring her into a classier modern era that wouldn't cling so hard to this desperate look she has now.
