How to surrender 5 - 10 minute early in the game

One of my team was lagging and disconnected form the team coz of VOIp or VPN problem i tried to type in the chat /surrender or /ff he give me this words '' it's to early to surrender in the game '' we where out numbed and my team was devastated by the top as will he feed alot and can't keep his tower and offensive and after they feed they came to the bot second tower with 3 champions to kill me with the ace champ i was devastated as will they have zed darious and the mid is dead i wanted to surrender early in the game but the game refuse now . i had games like that and the punishment time 19 minute 4 matches to much most of us has VPN problem in his country . i feel bad about the lost it's killing the discovering part about me to explore the champion i just bought leave me with negative bad feeling . how to surrender before that happen i don't know now i get the feeling if i play only with one champion that i can win and now one can match me with it . the next time i will be fear the lost and when i play the game ban on pick if they took my champion the only one i play with i can't play the game . in the end the Question : how to surrender at the early game ?
