Urgot Rework?

Its been a while since urgot has been released and i think he needs a damage nerf or a complete rework. He has been too under played but the few people who play him say he is no skill as a top lane and supp main i think that when he is played in either of these lanes he does too much and need no skill to be good at i've played him to see how no skill he was and its true he just has to auto attack a few time and you will most likely be dead [zombie-brand-mindblown] My reaction when i see him in ranked
