Ok so last month I saw this beautifully well done video about the new warwick release. then a little while before that, the lux elementalist skin video was also incredibly well made.
If riot can make such fabulous videos and code such a complex game, why the fuck can't they figure out how to match people under level 18, with others under level 18.

having four enemies with TLD while your team has not a single keystone is absolute bullshit.

Tldr fucking riot man, jesus.

Don't smurf then and expect to stomp noobs without any masteries or keystones who haven't played the game before.

Matchmaking everywhere is absolute crap. Almost all my games are complete stomps.

Every game is different, each game your going to run into people who are great and who are bad, generally runes dont make a player great (though masteries are a whole nother topic) - however - honestly - both of those have no weight on win//loss by far... 5 people one team, 5 people another, each team has counters (whether damage or tank) - all you need to do to win is build accordingly (and cs properly) check out this website for a better, much more legitimate point of view http://www.leagueoflegendsmath.com/Item_Optimizer.html
