Really bad nerfs??????

Okay so, I played quinn after her re-work first. She was beautiful. The champion finally came out of her dark ages and was actually useful. She did tremendous. And then Riot put her back to blinding assault, lowered all damage, and then put a shitty, and may I fully express this to no limit, "blind", and expect it all to be okay? No. Here's what I propose and I'm going to continue posting about this until something is done. Quinn is back to her useless state, she's worse than what she was before. Riot. You need to either A. make quinn's blind an actual blind again, or B. Make teemo's "blind' like quinn's. That is literally only fair. You can't call something "blinding dart" and have it actually blind and then make "blinding assault" not even blind. the logic there is just absolutely ridiculous. Quinn's old q was her only real source of damage early game. now she's back to being bullied by every champion. and it really makes me angry considering she's practically a main of mine. Please take this into consideration.
