Spell vamp mastery in ferocity
Um, shouldn't it be removed since spell vamp has been removed from the game?
the only champions that may need it are alkali and ryze....

If they ever remove spellvamp from the game it might be worth removing it there, but I don't believe they have plans to do so.
Spellvamp was only removed from items.
They removed Spellvamp from items.
They didn't do away with the stat entirely.
A lot of great players (Apdo mainly) insist that the spellvamp/lifesteal node is essential. Dodge % is also still a stat (no items/runes/etc... since season 1 or 2), although no items give it, but Jax's E gives him 100% when activated. Stats are never removed completely.

I actually still use the 2% mastery + 6% from runes giving me 8% ..it really helps a lot in lane.
