Ability Targeter updates

While playing LoL i have noticed things about champions that have line skillshots. most skillshots show the targeter for the ability, basically it shows the length of the ability. In the case of champs like and even Tahm Kench it seems that there skill shots shoot farther than the targeter suggests. While i have gotten used to some of these distances I would like to see these instances fixed. Whether it be reducing the distance to what the targeter shows or extending the targeter to show reality this is something i believe needs to be addressed. I hope I have brought up something that other people have noticed and its not just me. Thanks you
