What's the reasoning behind leaving Twitch in a terrible state Riot?.

What's the reasoning behind leaving Twitch with the 4th lowest winrate in the entire game. I know he was a decent pick by samsung white a couple of months back when Hypercarrys were the best but now his total garbage (no pun intended) when he has to lane against Sivir/Corki/Graves everygame.

I'm not purposing a early game buff but the least they could do is buff the AD amount he gets on his ult lategame to 40.

I said buff twitch in one of my posts last month. It got like 25 downvotes. Everyone laughed at me.

Because if Twitch gets a good position in a team fight, the entire enemy team dies to his ult.

Twitch might suck for you, but that's because you're not an LCS pro (and neither am I).

Besides, the three Champions you mentioned are just FOTM. Twitch will bounce back at some point.

Twitch is a really big deal in Korea. Draws plenty of bans.

He's too good at high skill levels to get buffed for average joes.
