Higher Than 50% win/loss ratio, But I lose way more LP than I gain?

Hey there, wondering if anyone can help me out.

So recently I won my promotional games from Gold 1 to Plat 5. This should be a great thing (I was super excited to start climbing higher)! However, I've noticed that when I lose, I end up losing like 20+ LP. While I'm only gaining between 13-17 LP. Before, when I was in Gold 1 I was gaining 20-23 LP per win. I know about the hidden MMR being linked to my LP gain/loss, but I have had a higher than 50% win ratio and still do. Currently (as of this post) I am sitting at a 51.1% win ratio. I actually won three games, got up to 47 LP then lost one game and went down to 22 LP. That's a loss of 25 LP!

I was wondering if anyone can tell me whats going on? Does the system really think I should be ranked lower than Plat 5? Even though I was winning, basically stomping, in Gold 1? I had a 70% win ratio with Anivia all through-out Gold. Now its only around 65% and dropping. Super demoralizing and I want to see if I can at least make it to Plat 3.

Any thoughts on this would be great.....

I am looking for an answer myself actually, last year I was trash and had a 30% winrate, but this year everything has been improving and I have a 60-70 winrate. But recently (Ever since I hit S4) I got wayyy more of a loss then a gain on LP.

probably still have lower mmr due to winning/losing games in higher elo. Just have to keep going up and it will even out.

I can't move up though. In the last four games I gained 47 LP. Out of those games I lost one and lost 25 LP. That's a 53% LP Loss, for one game out of four. If that trend continues, It means I can lose 53% of my LP on something that happens 25% of the time. Also, I started losing way more LP than gaining when I had the ~54% win ratio. Obviously this has dropped, I do have a 51% win ratio, but I'm way more nervous to play games now. Everything seems do-or-die.

you have like 800 games it will take more than 4

also 20G 8W 12L 40% in your last 20 games. Thats why. And to be honest its not that bad just spam the champs you are good at or easy champions and stick to those few. Stop playing adc and stop duoing. And besides its just ranked and you arent very high anyways no need to have ranked anxiety.

I started playing easy champions and learned alot couple seasons ago had like 400 games 52% win rate and I climbed from gold to diamond extremely easily took like a week. My one regret is that I didnt just play through the ranked anxiety otherwise I would be alot better quicker.
