Gameplay mark/dash issue

recently played an aram with a yi on enemy team... this YI had mark/dash and he casted it on me and then dashed to me hitting me a 925 with dash before he dealt any damage from basics or spellcasts.. I agree the mark/dash is fun during events but 24/7 on aram just takes the p*ss and has ruined it for me... (not really bothered about it being there 24/7 just not with it hitting 925 when ur a lvl 30 account with full tier 3 runes and masteries )
