Title. If you buy the skin chromas from the shop for 300 tokens, for example, Battle Boss Qiyana (K.O Chroma) + Icon, will you recieve the base skin along with the chroma, or do you need to already have the base skin in order to use it? Thanks in advance. [slayer-jinx-catface]

Skins are riot's main source of income, so why would they just give skins for free like that? Especially when a special chroma like that will most likely make more players buy the skin (Or buy a pass to get more tokens)
Every event it's the same thing. Does riot seriously need to put a big red flashing sign on top of the chromas that says ''does not include the base skin''
