I personally hate to play agenst volibear. He's passive makes him unkillable and when he reaches lvl 6 he deal insane with his ultimate. One thing that makes volibears ultimate even more OP is that it bounces and last fro 12 seconds. I personally things this is unfair becose I dont find anny good counter play agenst a running bear that flips you and just kilsl you with his r and then w. One other thing is that he just build tanky and still deal insane amount of damage with auto and his w (bite). So if you guys could handle me some tips and triks agenst this madness or rito could nerf him I would be verry thankfull.

he has no mobility aside from a weak movementspeed buff
he needs to continuously auto attack
his damage aswell as his passive need time to come through. if he gets kited or bursted (or both), he has trouble doing anything

big weaknesses and the meta is very much against this poor little bear most of the time. by the end of last season he had a good spike but right now, he drops again big time.

good counters to him are all champions with mobility and ranged cc. anivia is excellent, mundo is very good. all that stuff.

Volibear is a balanced champ.

If you're top, play a champ that can deal with his chase flipping or just fight him straight up.

Jayce, Renekton, Darius, or Pantheon can deal with it just fine.

As for his passive, take ignite.

Just because you had a bad experience against a champion doesn't mean that they're op, probably means that the other player was just better at playing the matchup.

Actually voli's damage comes almost only from W, his ult isn't that strong, it indeed can kill you off by bouncing on minions, but you have to be pretty low for that. Anyway he's pretty weak, all he can do is run up to you with a sub-par ms bonus and hope you don't escape...
