We need a new vote option to target these accounts. Encourage your player base to use it. Identifying these accounts is not hard and verifying them should be easy as well (to avoid innocent players from being abused by the system). Maybe 10 votes and the account is perma banned and all referral's linked to it are retracted?

Riot made it so you can`t gain IP from custom games, so bots were sent out into the world to ruin our matches. It was really, really stupidly short sighted of Riot.

Just my 2 cents, but referrals to botting accounts should have the referring account permanently banned as well after a couple incidents. I get once referring a friend and having them decide independently to bot, but if you keep referring people that keep botting, you're probably the one abusing the system. It's also a more likely way to stop new ones altogether.

Are the bots more often found in beginner or intermediate?

I'm in agreement with you, we do need a votekick or even a in game report button that can alert an active rioter to spectate and see it themselves.

The only current thing u can do, is report them at the end game screen, and we should, it's the only way Riot will truely see these bots if they get enough reports.

I have a better idea create a server just for these bot (flagged of course) and sneak them into this new SR server and make it 0 xp and 0 IP gain oh and make referrals cost 50 buck so that if you gonna use it then you better pay up for the good ness of yourself and your friend. But this link give you two free skin of your friend choice.

At the same time the botter will have to think twice before using it. Also the reason to behind this is.... why ban them when you can just make their computer suffer in a realm of impossibility

I've noticed that there seems to be a whole new slew of them here lately when I was practicing new roles/champs in Co-op AI games. The other live players that I was with suggested that it might be someone trying to develop a new bot program/software.

They're pretty obvious. Our ashe bot kept trying to get CS with her E and sending her ult in seemingly random directions.

I completely agree that Bots are out of hand! It's gotten really bad the last few days! I also wrote a thread about this that so far has about 80 upvotes. I have upvoted this thread. Please do the same to mine so that we can force a response from RIOT on this issue! And please comment for bump :)

Hello Everyone Riot has been fully aware of the bot problem. At one point they were isolated in custom games and not bothering anybody other than riot (who could have come out with a better solution), instead they took ip/exp out of custom games. This forced botters to move into regular games.
