Aatrox Rework Idea
Hi I was doing my midterm and the idea to bring our darkin some love came to me. Passive- Blood Well: Using damaging abilities will grant a stack of Blood Well, which grant AD and Attack Speed. Once he reaches five stacks and damages an enemy champion he triggers massacre (a mini current aatrox ult) which grants him increased movement speed, attack range, and a 60% increase to the damage and attack speed he gets when he builds up massacre. The effect lasts for ~6 seconds upon expiring he loses all stacks and has to wait a few seconds before he can start building it up. Blood Well itself has an effect. Once you grant 5 stacks of Blood Well you will store a revive (once consumed goes under 4 minute cooldown). When taking fatal damage Aatrox becomes untargetable and restores 30 % of his health and fears enemies for half a second. Q- Dark Flight- Aatrox rises up displacing nearby enemies (almost like a maokai q but I'm thinking a bit more diminished) and then slams the ground. Enemies in the center are knocked up. Leveling it up will increase the knockup zone but it increases the channeling time before he reaches the ground. Scales with AD (duh) W- Blood Thirst/Blood Price- (This is Blood Thirst) Passively heal for a flat amount plus a percent of your missing health every three basic attacks. Activating the ability will activate Blood Price which reduces your attack speed but increases your attack damage for the next three basic attacks, each attack applies a stack of Blood Well. Then it goes on cooldown if used or after 5 seconds. E- Blades of Torment- Fire two projectiles that end up crossing each other. Enemies can only take damage and are slowed once but if they get hit by the apex (where both projectiles meet) they take bonus damage based on max health and apply a stronger decaying slow. R- Temptation- Aatrox suppresses an enemy for a few seconds (does no damage). After successfully suppressing for the full duration, that champion is filled with Aatrox's dark inspiration. Losing control to Aatrox, where he can control their movements and basic attacks. Thus, the enemy champion hit by Aatrox's ult can attack their own team and take damage from their own team (they are invulnerable to Aatrox's team, towers, and monsters, and minions for the duration) The affected champion gets bonus movement speed and damage based on Aatrox's stats. (The ult will last 5 seconds at max rank). Aatrox can do everything like normal when hes controlling a enemy champion (move, attack, use abilities, yada yada) Overall with this kit, Aatrox would be a heavy sustain fighter that can displace enemies and take control of a fight. To balance the powerful ult. The suppression has to last the full duration for the effect to work (so CC can deny it if used on Aatrox or the victim) ;) So hows the idea? Could it bring Aatrox out of extinction!?
