you key drop system is not good. please make it clear. and also please define premade group. i mean premade group must be 5 member or less then 5 member is also consider premade group. and if you clear with percentage then it is easy to understand. i mean if you show us that if 2 friends playing together then 20% chance to win key if 4 friends then 40% chance to win and if 5 friends playing together then 50% or 70% or what so ever you want. it will easy us to understand and it is easy us to win the key. but when you use word random its is very confusing. now i have 4 boxs and i have only 2 keys and i am waiting for 2 weeks but i did't received any single to up one box. please make it clear to understand. and also why you guys remove the 400 Rp in the new account. one of my friends start playing but he did't received any RP in new account. you are running huge platform and huge game. and your earning is in billions i don't think so just 400 Rp effect your earning. its a small gift for your new players. please consider my suggestion and discuss with you team leader and senior members to improve the level of game. and in the end best of luck and keep it up for making the best game in the world.
