Hello guys , i did all steps to get capsule of twitch prime i didnt received the capsule yet and i linked my twitch acct with lol by twitch it self so how can i make sure i did the right steps and what the problem?
any one one help plz
You must have a Twitch Prime in order to get the reward. Regular Twitch accounts cannot receive the reward.
If you do have Twitch Prime, Check if you claimed the Twitch Prime reward. You can check here by clicking the "Claim Loot". After claiming the reward, log out and back into the League Client and your reward should be in the Hextech Loot.
If your reward is still not appearing, contact Twitch Support.
