Riot's Punishment System

Don't care much for discussion but everyone has a problem with AFK'ers and trolls and wants them to be punished so there's less of them. Well I'd just like to let y'all know if you think Riot has made there punishment system better I have an account that I AFK on when my low IQ team pisses me off. After like 7 afk's I finally got a 5 min queue restrict for 5 games.
