The Public Execution of Irelia Xan

She's always been a very hated champion. But RIOT seems to stand firm in their belief to the meme of "Better nerf Irelia". It may be time to redo the champion spotlight.

She's been nerfed to the point where all of her unique traits as a fighter shown in the spotlight has been removed. (300% damage to shields, disarm) W only reducing physical damage, Q base damage decreased, 4 to now 5 passive stacks with a reduction in attack speed and magic damage.

Look, I am all down for balancing this champion because I do believe she was over tuned in launch, but as she now sits at a 42% win rate and is consistently being hit with more heavier nerfs, i'm not so sure if RIOT has Irelia and her mains in their best intentions at this point.
