Seeing Other team's Chat After game

Should there be a system that allows you to see other team's chat history after the game? This is because some people get reported when they are toxic and the other team does not have proof that they are toxic and sometimes gets reported for no reason because of trolls.

No. Because A: Nobody is going to use it (meaning "it would be grossly underutilized") and B: It would be pointless; the concerned parties are the ones who already know whether or not a report is warranted.
