Bring Back Lower Mobility Champions

Whenever I watch LCS games, I notice that most of the champions that are picked are high mobility champions, like LeeSin , Kalista , JarvanIV , and Kassadin . I feel like this is really limiting the champion pool and restricting some of the less played champions like Brand and Gangplank. I feel like all these champions would suddenly become viable if mobillity became less important, making these players pay more attention to their picks and consider counter picks that aren't necessarily highly mobile. Does anybody have any thoughts on how high mobility has become one of the most important factors when selecting a champion? As a former(pre-dfg removal) Veigar main, i understand how mobility and responding in time is important (because i have none), but should it really be important enough to stop the pros from ever playing a champion?

GP will only be picked after they rework him (aka 1 year after league dies).

He's too easily countered by the meta of mobility and Knockups

There are quite a few low mobility champions that see play. Some common examples: Rumble Xerath Janna Morgana Sivir Annie Sion Lulu Jinx

Overall, 4 of the top 10 most picked NA LCS champions are immobile (defined as no flashes or dashes, some like Rumble have MS buffs), as are 8 of the top 20. Trends are similar in other leagues.

Brand and GP are both in purgatory. With Brand, they don't know how to buff him without making his damage combos too reliable. With GP, they don't like his combination of harass and sustain in lane. Brand they might let stay meta if he showed up, but GP would be nerfed instantly if he became viable.
