Botting progams in league, possible downfall

I've been playing this game constantly, I might even be addicted to it, but I've been noticing a trend, something that has been ruining my experience: bots. not the role bot, but literal AI invading PvP games, you might have seen them, they pick ghost and heal, they always choose a free rotation champs, are not responsive and in game they keep changing lanes after dying and just flat out suck, they also just spam all their abilities at once, and another good way to ID them is that their names have 2 parts, a random string of letters then a name. These players always feed the enemy team and just make it impossible to carry the game when I'm trying to play new roles, trying something more than ADC. and the worst thing is that nothing is getting done about them. I keep on getting losses and I can't leave or I get punished, and it's impossible to clutch the game when all they do is run down a lane trying to farm minions and just fucking die on the spot, if Riot wants to make their community some what less pissed off other than the nerfs and buffs, they should try to counter these bots
