Why Riot
Why the hell can you not see the champ list until it is your turn to pick in champ select..... Also why the hell does it dodge if you don't lock in even when you have a champ selected....... These where some bad changes riot.

Mama Soraka4 votesSince the new champ select picks whatever champion you showed as your pick intent for you, it wouldn't make sense to allow players to proceed without locking in. Locking in shows you didn't just select a champ for pick intent and then go afk and in some small way ensures you are actually present for champ select to participate with your team. That's the best reason I could think of, no idea if its the same one rito came up with though.
Moses Broseph1 votesAgreed, I dodged one game because shit happens and I don't want to be in queue with people that argue. But, in a later queue I had champ selected but forgot to lock in and got a 30 minute penalty :(
