New Mordekaiser lacks an AD Ratio

One of the things I really like about the current Morde is that you can grab juggernaut items or hybrid items if you need to. With the relaunch, him not having any AD ratios really gates him in terms of viable item purchases (AP, Health, and CDR only!), and makes ulting their adc not as worth it for the stats they'll grant (still usually the best choice in the team fights though) which creates a disconnect.

I would really like to see his Q lose the Per Level scaling, and get an AD ratio in it's place, it opens up itemization, and would make him less snowbally with levels at the same time.

Other than that I really enjoy the VGU from what I've played on PBE, and it didn't do my main man Morde dirty.
