A Way to Fix AFKs

(I don't know what board to put this in so my bad if it's wrong) But why aren't games void when one team has an afk at the start of the game. Why is it not like dodging? Games have been screwed over. I don't want "get gud" comments, because I'm playing with players at my skill level that are a little better/worse. You're not abusing if they haven't left the spawn platform by the time minions spawn. It's a waste of my time and a waste of my lp if I'm playing ranked. I know this has been brought up multiple times, but I really want this to be fixed. It doesn't make much sense not to implement it seeing as I'm pretty sure a lot of people would like this change.

There will be a system that will automatically cancel games when not all players connect.

If all 10 players connect, it's a fair game.

B/c if you duo with a friend and are getting raped in your final promo match and you're 1/1 your friend can afk to give you another shot. This can be done an unlimited amount of times until one gets banned. But then again you can have multiple accounts.
