Difference between Ranked and Normal queue

In my experience, significantly less vitriol in ranked. This is in high silver/low gold. Maybe people are nicer in this range? I'm not sure. Whatever the case, smurfs in Normal Draft are CAUSTIC.

there are two differences ranked: everyone wants to win everyone cry when they don't win

norms: most people are here to play some people cry when they don't win

i have noticed that at least lately norms have been more toxic

I dont play plats and golds in ranked but i do in norms. Not fun when you or enemy get a crit garen to carry team.
