The Sated Devour buff stays even after you sell the item?

I recently tested out jungle fizz and it seems like the double on hit passive you get at 30 stacks stays even after you sell the it. http://c11.imgup.net/jackie-cha18c3.jpg

what you mean the stacks stay if you sell it and rebuy it or the actual passive stays even after you sell it and buy something different?

Good thing it's on PBE and not the proper live server! Too bad clearly there isn't a more relevant forums for pbe to talk about bugs when it comes to clearly unintended behavior!

Because otherwise the only reason I can see this getting posted is a bid at attention (which you got from me. D: < ) without anything otherwise to benefit anything else.
