Please give us the ability to report someone in champ select

I just got into a game where some guy got autofilled into support as a non-support player. He, being of higher pick order just took top from our toplaner without his consent. Riot there's literally no way for us to report this type of player unless we trudhe through a full game with these types of players. Please give us the option to either do it in champ select or at least outside of the post game lobby.
