My set up : Attack speed .88 (24% added with rune and 5% added with masteries), 60 damage, initial with W. jungler knife and two red potion. Go to the dragon camp and you can take the dragon out in 2 minutes, with all potion out, you will still have 200 HP left. I met a Pantheon in oppose team and he did so( I was nautilus, very weak with I vs 1 situation), and our team is totally under passive situation. His ability to take out dragon at low level means, in S5, a season that Dragon buff have a great impact on the team, gave Pantheon's team too much advatages at control the dragon. I am just a nobody with no rank :/, I don't know what other people judge about it, what's your opinion of Pantheon? Though I feel he is OP, I don't know whether it's just I am too suck to prevent he do that.

I feel like this is a load of bull...

it's legit, go try it, the problem with doing a lvl 1 drake is that it puts you behind in levels by a fair margin. Maybe trying it at level 2 or 3 would be more optimal?

I guess, I still feel like it's a load but sure.

Just played a game where I did a lvl 3 drake with the Ranger's upgrade... chugged on HP pot, walked away with the buff and full HP.

Nah, your complaint is pretty legitimate. Pantheon is an absolute terror at low levels, and he's easy to snowball with. When playing against a Pantheon you just have to sort of accept that for about twenty minutes or so he's going to have an extreme edge, but with smart play you can beat him towards the late game, and if your team doesn't make it easy for him you can all keep from feeding him or enemy laners because of him.

Just keep an eye out for where he's dropping, and keep flash ready for when he does and you'll be fine. If he's bearing down on you, make him have to leap under your turret to get at you because he's gotta stand still for at least two seconds or so to really get out his full combo. Punish him for it.

Actually I feel like if you battle him within his jungle it can go awry fast. He needs his shield, so if you can keep popping it then blowing spells in between it will kill him. Heavy damagers or tanks shouldn't have much of an issue. Just my opinion though.

I think I will just try to not use Naut, he is too depend on his teammate

yes, pantheon can solo the dragon at level 3 without taking a single ounce of damage from it. his passive blocks every single attack.

Yeah, early dragons are nothing new. Pantheon is just the newest on that list. His early game is massive, but if you are careful and don't feed him any kills, he falls off harder than CC on Gangplank

Ok, so the problem might be is that I picked a really weak jungler who can not against anyone else.

Tank junglers have their niche, they don't have the early game damage, but late game their tanking capabilities are pretty massive. The thing is to stay safe and farm as hard as you can until you hit your late game (three items or more) and try to stay as close to the rest of the playing field as possible in terms of gold and items.

Panth can solo dragon at low levs, so can Warwick. Most likely the dragon will get changed so this is not possible.
