Well i have play league for a long time ago, but at Vietnam region, 2 year ago i tried to create a account to play over NA, because the ping is high so i stop playing it since lv10 Recently i moved over US and i have play that account again, i heard about the gift but my roommate got it, i don't :( Is there anyway i can get that rare riot kayle skin ?

Dexter3001x1 votesYes he had it before me and have play league over a year, me i'm just play league a long time ago on vietnamese account, i've created NA account 2 year from now but it lv10 cuz the ping it kinda high when i play in vietnam, I moved to us for 6 week now but my vietnamese league is too lag so i have to play the NA account again, i asked for transfer but over vietnam garena operate the game so they can't transfer :( i'm kinda sad but i had no choice to play again.....
