Victorious Ward Skin Reward

I've noticed since the start of the season that there are no longer ranked teams for Ranked 5v5s and 3v3s and I was wondering if this means that there will no longer be the Victorious Ward Skin(s) available as an end of season reward for getting the Ward Skin Points in Ranked Team 5v5s and 3v3s.

From what I've seen and read it sounds like Ranked 5v5s and 3v3s are just part of the Flex Queues for both game modes, can anyone confirm that this is true, and if so does that mean that if I queue solo into Flex 5v5/3v3s it still counts towards the Ward Skin Points or if I have to be part of a 5/3 man premade to get these points, if the rewards are still a thing.
