Pantheon Ult needs fix
I think 
Ult should not indicate enemy players where will land.... i always miss the ult because of this and i dont see other ults with this effect.

TF ulti? Reksai ulti in theory. Shen ulti, aka every global ulti.
His ult does need a buff, the duration of the channel and the fall are too high at the moment. Pantheon needs a 2 seconds channel and a 1.5 second landing, the longest of all the teleports I can find.
Two good comparisons are Twisted Fate and Rek'Sai. For TF, he only needs 1.5 seconds to teleport to a location for a successful gank, usually with a ranged stun. Rek'Sai, is similar, if tunnel targeted, and only needs 1.5 second channel and ~1 second dash depending on the speed/distance. Shen is the closest to having the longest with a 3 second channel, but it assured to reach his intended target.
Maybe dropping .5 seconds from either the drop or channel time would fix it, as right now it seems from the time you target the ability, to the time you drop, many champions could have moved on, let alone escaped it. Also, unless you land directly on someone, the damage and slow isn't that exceptional, so maybe have it deal the same damage across the entire area, or move the damage to more utility or a passive effect on his ult.
Edit: Another possible idea is the ability to move the circle slowly, like Viktor's ult very far away from him, on your way down to adjust your landing location.
It's meant to be slow and predictable, it's a strong tool for Pantheon to be able to pressure the map from a large distance and it can be used to zone teamfights.
Landing suddenly and without warning would be against Riot's game design philosophies and make players really salty.

In teamfights, do not use your ult directly onto their face. Place it a lil behind them to cover their escape route.
You do understand how absurdly broken Panth would be if there was no indicator to where his ult would land right? Its fine the way it is.
