I like Zed and Azir's Current Spots.
Right now, Azir is in a great spot.
His late game damage is great, but his early game is little, while also being enough to zone properly as he is known for. Although, he now does it without being as much of a nuisance, and forcing people out of lane as soon as they get into it. So not "OP".
He is a monster in teamfights and a good Azir player can wreak havoc on the enemy team if they have a good laning phase with no slip ups.
As for Zed, he is very high risk/reward. I actually like this.
He takes skill now, it's not a 2-0 lead and he is godly. It takes him about 5 kills to really get going.
He's much like Rengar, where he will be useless if he doesn't get ahead, but he will be a monster if he does. I like this about assassins, and really gives you the reward of doing well, and makes it feel like you deserve to completely destroy someone. Just like Azir, his early harass has been really weakened, but a good Zed player can do a ton of damage with a full, perfect combo.
All I have to say about these two, as they've been known to be "OP" for a long time, even though they're quite balanced and the recent nerfs to both have them have made them better as Champions that shouldn't be hit with the nerf bat any longer.
Edit - I don't hate either of these champions and love them, I play both of them quite a bit and just wanted to point out my opinions of their current states. Azir has a 41% winrate because he is "eh" in solo preference queues. He is still a strong champion.
