AP scaling on Veigar's passive

Dear Rito,

      So rito, while I went throught this game, I could tell that veigar is a no skilled champ, u should deleted this dumb ass champ from the game, this champ just do nothing and farm and kill everyone, im a tank and this bitch ass just one shot me , so either u guys fix this game or this champ or deleted this champ, because hes really no skilled so yea, that what i have to say.

Veigar is very immobile and the only way for him to beat up a tank is to use all his moves at once on you (with ignite maybe) after this, he's very vulnerable. He's not OP, he has very low defense and health. The only way he survives late game is by sticking behind his teammates. You DO need skill to use him. His w is hard to land and placing a shield so the border spawns right on an enemy champ to stun is VERY hard to do.

Quality post, imo. You can really tell from how he said either "you delete veigar" then didn't put anything he would do.

Like, before the mage rework, he wasnt that op, but after it, every single ability of his just build up his passive, which just gain is passive way too fast . After he got those stacks up, you cant really do anything to him.

You only got one shot because you deny the darkness in your soul. You deny your power.

But more seriously, he is a glass cannon and he's slow with no real escape save flash if he chooses it. And before he gets his stacks, he's a glass pea shooter. His stun box isn't the easiest to land such that it actually gets the stun rather than traps someone inside and his W needs to be either led perfectly, or landed on a stunned target or the player it is aimed at so preoccupied that they don't move.

ehm you know that he only gets 1 ap for hitting stuff and killing minions before rework he was getting 5 ap so a skilled veigar player still oneshots you. and do you have any idea what late game chars are ? i guess not if you play stupid and allow a late game char get fed in early its normal that he oneshots you
