Spectator Mode UI Improvment

I think it would be beneficial for people to be able to re-order the people on the sides just like they can do to the scoreboard. Very few games end up with the top picking first, the Jungle picking second, and so on like in LCS. I'd personally like to be able to have my spectator mode look like the LCS one, (order-wise) for reasons surrounding shoutcaster practice. Hope this isn't too hard to implement. Game On! Ben R4m-Z
